The SteamWorks team put their usual culinary skill and creative details into creating specials that stand out from typical pub fare.

With unique offerings like gator bites and ghost pepper infusions alongside reinvented comfort classics, they’re bringing their usual originally to the New Port Richey scene with this month’s menu update.

For pizza fans, the Ghost Steak Pizza ($14) combines their garlic butter base with ghost pepper cheese blend, then they top it with their thinly sliced steak and melted provolone.

The Hickory BBQ Grilled Wings ($16) are another standout – these wings are fried and tossed in Hickory BBQ sauce, then caramelized on the grill and served with either their fantastic house bleu cheese or ranch.

The Italian Tacos ($12) are a creative fusion dish featuring pepperoni, salami, ham, provolone, banana peppers, kalamata olives, tomatoes, and Italian herbs in three bite-sized tacos.

The Cottage Fries ($14) aren’t your standard fries – these are sliced potatoes coated in seasoning and fried, then topped with melted cheese, bacon bits, red onions, and a dollop of sour cream.

Seafood lovers should check out the Fish & Chips ($17) featuring wild-caught Atlantic Cod in their house breader blend, served with chips and malt vinegar.

Appetizers Worth Sharing (Or To Have All To Yourself)

The new starters menu kicks off with some creative takes on pub classics. Their Gator Bites ($15) offer something you don’t see everywhere – alligator tail battered in house seasoning, fried to a perfect crisp, and served with their signature horsey sauce. It’s definitely a conversation starter.

For something with a kick, the Ghost Pepper Mozz Sticks ($9.5) elevate the classic mozzarella stick by incorporating ghost pepper cheese alongside the mozzarella, all hand-battered in their house breader and served with marinara. These aren’t your average cheese sticks – they’ve got some serious heat that pairs perfectly with a cold draft.

The Bloody Mary Deviled Eggs ($10) are another standout – these aren’t your grandmother’s deviled eggs. Topped with a Bloody Mary twist and loaded with bacon, blue cheese, celery, and green olives, they’re essentially a favorite brunch cocktail transformed into a shareable bite.

Mac-n-Cheese Redefined

Steamworks has really leaned into comfort food with their mac-n-cheese variations. The Buffalo Mac ($13) combines buffalo chicken with their house mac and cheese, finished with blue cheese crumbles – a perfect blend of creamy and spicy.

The Pulled Pork Mac ($12) layers house-smoked pulled pork with bourbon BBQ sauce over their mac and cheese, topped with crispy onion straws for texture contrast.

For a fresher take, the Chicken Pesto Mac ($14) tops their classic mac with grilled chicken, house-made pesto, and a sprinkle of cotija cheese.

Soup of the Day

Steamworks also offers a rotating Soup du Jour that changes regularly. Just ask your server about the day’s offering. You can order it by the cup or bowl ($4) for a perfect starter or light meal companion.

Will’s Menu and Family Options

The “Will’s Menu” section focuses on crowd-pleasers that even picky eaters will enjoy. The Chicken Tenders ($10) feature chicken strips battered in their signature breader, fried and served with your choice of hand-made sauces with tots. The Grilled Cheese ($7) is a simple but satisfying buttered Texas Toast with American cheese, grilled until golden brown and served with tots. For the little ones (or hungry adults), the Kids Cheeseburger ($8) offers a quarter-pound burger patty topped with American cheese on a brioche bun, also served with tots.
