Local Talent Show “Tampa Bay’s Got Talent” Set to Dazzle Audiences This Friday

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL – The Richey Suncoast Theatre is gearing up for an evening of entertainment and community spirit with “Tampa Bay’s Got Talent,” a showcase of local performers organized by TBHive. The event, scheduled for Friday, August 16th at 7 pm, promises to be a celebration of the area’s diverse talent pool.

The show, which recently completed its first run-through, will feature 14 acts competing for top honors. Host Denise Mestanza-Taylor, known for her engaging personality, is set to keep the energy high throughout the evening.

“We’re so excited for this fun evening of celebrating local talent,” said a spokesperson for TBHive. “There will be raffles, prizes, and plenty of laughs along the way.”

A panel of expert judges will determine the winners, but audience members will also have a say in choosing their favorites. In a unique twist, attendees will have the opportunity to showcase their own talents by signing up in the lobby before the show.

The event organizers are encouraging community participation, with tickets priced at an accessible $7.50 (plus taxes and fees). Doors open at 6:15 pm, giving early arrivals a chance to soak in the atmosphere and perhaps sign up for their moment in the spotlight.

Raffle prizes will be available throughout the evening, adding another layer of excitement to the proceedings.

Tickets for “Tampa Bay’s Got Talent” can be purchased online through the Ovation Tix website or by calling the Richey Suncoast Theatre box office at (727) 842-6777.

This talent show is part of a series of events celebrating the Richey Suncoast Theatre’s 50th anniversary, highlighting the venue’s importance in the local arts scene.

As the organizers put it, “Who knows what could happen?” One thing is certain: Friday night at the Richey Suncoast Theatre promises to be an unforgettable showcase of Tampa Bay’s brightest stars.
